Start with clarity
Understand your personal pressure patterns, choose a focus for the six weeks and learn how to use the app and tools in the situations where you need them most.
Join a six-week pilot for event professionals and get access to our app prototype, three live group coaching sessions and practical tools for real event days.
Together, they help you respond to pressure before, during and after events, while your experience helps shape a healthier future for event work.

Event work demands constant coordination, fast decisions and the ability to keep going when plans change around you.
When pressure rises, you still need to make decisions, communicate clearly and keep things moving.
Most wellbeing tools assume you can pause, step away or find a quiet space. Event work rarely gives you that option.
Most of us know someone in the industry who has reached their limit. A colleague who needed time out. Someone who left altogether. Or someone who kept going long after it stopped feeling sustainable.
Great events should not depend on the people behind them running on empty.
Practical, event-specific support tailored to how you feel, where you are and how much time you have.
Tell the app how you feel and what your situation looks like right now.
Receive an exercise matched to how you feel, the time you have and the situation you are in.
Reduce tension, regain focus or manage your energy so you can respond to what comes next with more clarity.
What best describes how you feel?
Prepare for pressure, check your baseline and set an intention.
Use an exercise when tension rises, focus drops or energy dips.
Decompress, reflect and recover more deliberately.
The pilot combines access to the app prototype, three live group coaching sessions and an event-day checklist with practical exercises for real event situations.
You will use the support in your own working reality, discover what genuinely helps you and build a personal approach you can continue using beyond the six weeks.

Your perspective matters because you know the reality of event work from the inside.
Use practical tools in your own event reality and discover what helps you stay clearer, steadier and more in control when pressure rises.
Your experience helps us build around the conditions event professionals actually face, not an idealised working day.
Help shape an industry where high performance and wellbeing are not treated as opposites.
The people who make events happen deserve tools designed for the reality they work in.
Event experience, wellbeing expertise and technology. Three perspectives, one shared belief that the way we work in events can be better.

Co-founder
After more than 10 years across hotels, agencies and international congresses, Sina has seen event pressure from different perspectives. Working across both operational delivery and business development also showed her how quickly high performance can become a permanent expectation. It was a pattern she recognised in herself too, leading her to question what sustainable performance really looks like.
Her MBA research on employee wellbeing and retention deepened that perspective and reinforced her belief that stress cannot be viewed only as an individual issue.
Today, what started as a personal question about sustainable performance has grown into a mission to help shape an events industry where ambition, performance and wellbeing can exist alongside each other.

Co-founder
Johanna’s passion for wellbeing started long before it became part of her professional work.
Having studied in a high-pressure academic environment and spent several years supporting student wellbeing, she became fascinated by what helps people cope and thrive when expectations are high. Later, working in international events and associations, she saw the same pressures affecting talented professionals, including people early in their careers already reaching their limits.
After more than 15 years of designing events, leading teams and working in demanding environments herself, Johanna became convinced that high performance and wellbeing should not be opposites.
This led her to co-found Event Mental Wellbeing and co-create the first CPD-certified Mental Wellbeing Certification for Event Professionals. A University of Cambridge graduate, international association leader, coach, yoga teacher and Mental Health First Aider, she combines practical leadership experience with expertise in stress, behaviour and human connection.

Founding Engineer
Jonathan turns the idea into a product.
With a background in computer science and hands-on app development, he is building the technical foundation behind the digital experience and translating real user needs into simple, usable features.
His outside perspective on the event industry helps the team challenge assumptions and focus on what can genuinely work at scale.
What motivates him most is the opportunity to build something of his own while creating technology that can make a meaningful difference for others.
There is a lot to love about the events industry. The energy, the teamwork and the feeling of making something happen that did not exist a few days before.
But that comes with another reality: constant availability, responsibility, pressure and the expectation that somehow, you will always find a way.
Doing great work should not mean sacrificing your wellbeing to do it.
That belief is why we are building practical support around the reality of event work and inviting the people who know that reality best to shape it with us.
